Zuppa di pesce
Zuppa di pesce tipica delle coste bretone. Il pesce fresco viene cotto e frullato nell’acqua di cottura insieme a delle verdure e delle erbe aromatiche.
La zuppa è già cotta, basta riscaldare ed è pronta da mangiare. Si può aggiungere qualche crostini di pane e anche un po di formaggio stagionato grattugiato.
Da consumare a temperatura ambiante.
