Ingredienti per 4 persone :
2 arance non trattate
4 carote
1 avocado
1/2 reblochon de Savoie (250 g)
olio di oliva extravergine
olio di nocciola
sale di guerande, pepe
Preparazione
Lavate accuratamente le arance, pelatele e grattugiate grossolanamente la scorza in una ciotolina. Spremete il succo in un bicchiere. Pelate le carote, quindi tagliatele a julienne; tagliate l’avocado in due, eliminate il nocciolo e affettate finemente il frutto.
In un insalatiera, sbattete il succo delle arance insieme a 2 cucchiai di olio di oliva, 2 cucchiai di olio di nocciola, le scorze grattuggiate, il sale e il pepe. Tagliate il Reblochon de Savoie a dadini. Unite tutti gli ingredienti nell’insalatiera con la salsa di agrumi e fate riposare in frigorifero per un quarto d’ora.
Servite con pane tostato.
